We licensed Fluxx to a Japanese company to be published in Japan, and naturally most of the text is in Japanese. Most, but not ALL the text - the card titles are in English, so it's quite playable if you know the game.

All new color drawings of the same keepers as in the current version of Fluxx. The cards are the same size as regular Fluxx, but they're extremely stiff, which might make them hard to mix with other decks.
