New Basic Rules
The Basic Rules card took on a new look in 2005, with the release of Fluxx 3.1, and this promo card was created for the benefit of folks with older versions of original Fluxx.
All of the other variations of Fluxx include Basic Rules of this format, so you probably don't need this unless you have a vintage copy of the game (or you've lost your Basic Rules).
When purchasing large quantities please order in multiples of 25.
