Recycling Promo Postcard
This is a New Rule that you can add in to any Fluxx deck.
It says, "Once per turn, you may discard a Keeper you have on the table and Draw 3 extra cards."
This card was published in 2010 to promote the release of the second edition of EcoFluxx. It is a card that peels off off a postcard. The stripe-side of the card is shiny, due to the peel-off method, but this will not affect gameplay.
When purchasing large quantities please order in multiples of 25.
