This is a Creeper that works in any Fluxx deck (not recommended for decks that do not include ways to get rid of Creepers).

It reads, "You cannot win if you have this unless the Goal says otherwise. If you had this card during your previous turn, you can move it to any other player you can touch." (Function and art are exactly like Germs in Martian Fluxx.)

This was published as a peel-off promo-postcard in the summer for 2015 as a special for various consumer conventions. It was reprinted in the spring of 2018 as a loose promo card.
