This promo card was inspired by the Great Toilet Paper Crisis of 2020. We think of it as being for Zombie Fluxx because the apocalypse is when Extra Toilet Paper has proven to be most valuable, but you can put this very useful Keeper into just about any version of Fluxx.

The fine print says, "During your turn you can exchange this for any Keeper another player has in play."
