This Gadget works in either type of Chrononauts deck. It is included in the current printing of regular Chrononauts.

It says, "If you have this Gadget on the table, any Inverter you play works like a Reverse Fate. You may only use one Time Machine action per turn."

It debuted as a promo card at GenCon 2004, and was added to the original game during the 3rd printing.
