This Gadget works in either type of Chrononauts deck. It is included in the current printing of regular Chrononauts.

It says, "If you have this Gadget on the table, you may play an extra Inverter or Patch, and draw to replace it, after your normal turn action. You may only use one Time Machine action per turn."

It debuted as a promo card at Origins 2004, and was added to the original game during the 3rd printing.
