This card is one of two made to support the pyramid game called Homeworlds. It has an image of stars on one side, and the word "Good" printed on the back.
When Homeworlds is played with 3 or more players, and the Good/Evil alignment rules are used, markers of some kind are needed to assign each player a secret alignment (of either Good or Evil). For use in this way, you need at least 2 of each of these cards.
During the game, these cards are placed under the Homeworld system markers for each player, thus creating a little footprint of space at key spots on the table. Thus, these cards are nice to use even when playing Binary Homeworlds (the 2 player version), in which case the text on the back doesn't matter.
